About Us

MAEV Consulting Ltd was founded in 2024 to provide services to public and private sector organisations related to real estate matters including advising on methodology, best practice and statutory requirements, via providing courses, lecturing, assessing exams, mentoring, as well as facilitating communication between parties in negotiation related to landlord and tenant, purchase and sale, and best consideration. Based in South Somerset and accepting assignments anywhere within the United Kingdom and overseas, with the ability to communicate and prepare documentation in English and in French. 

For over 20 years, I have worked in the real estate industry, providing valuation (for secured lending, inclusion in financial statements, and expert witness purposes) and advisory services including in the public sector where I cowrote an asset management plan, working on commercial and residential portfolios worth up to £100 million and above, in the UK and across the EMEA region. I also worked for and on behalf of universities such as University of West England (UK) and Saxion Hogeschool (NL) and organisations such as the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) as a Fellow (FRICS) Registered Valuer and Assessor (APC/SPA), as well as volunteering for the National Health Service (NHS).
